Bring the "intertwined roots" of our family kitchen to your next event. Our catering trays are designed to scale our signature Latin-Soul flavors for groups of all sizes. All platters are available in Half Tray (serves 8-10) or Full Tray (serves 18-20) sizes.

An expanded display of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, guava paste, grapes, strawberries, and a mountain of toasted sourdough points.

The Golden Trio Empanada Box
Assorted platter of 12 or 24 handcrafted empanadas (Chicken, Picadillo Beef, and Gooey Cheese). Served with house dipping sauces.

The Creamy Caesar Wrap Platter
Chilled halves of our Adobo-Caesar chicken wraps, arranged for easy grabbing. Features spice-rubbed chicken and Manchego dusting.

Chipotle Chicken Toston Bites
A platter of double-fried green plantain cups filled with smoky chipotle chicken and tangy red onion relish.

Maria’s Picadillo Tray: Our signature Cuban ground beef simmered with aromatics. Pairs perfectly with our Arroz con Gandules.
Pablito’s Island Stew (Pollo Guisado): A hearty tray of fall-off-the-bone chicken thighs braised in Puerto Rican tomato broth with potatoes.
The Triple Threat Pollo Frito Bucket: A catering-sized portion of our bone-in chicken, marinated in tropical spices and fried "shatteringly crisp."
Cajun Velvet Salmon Display: Pan-seared Atlantic salmon fillets arranged on a bed of white rice, smothered in our house-made special creamy silk sauce.
David’s Fettuccine Alfredo Tray: A massive portion of our hand-crafted noodles in garlic cream sauce. Available with sliced Cajun Chicken or Salmon toppers.

A silky, chilled elbow pasta blend that serves as the perfect palate cleanser for spicy mains.
Cari Garden Salad (Family Size)
Massive greens bowl with vine-ripened tomatoes and cucumbers. Choice of two dressings on the side.
